Developer SFB Homes has recently completed building this small development of two modern bungalows in Kingsteignton. The bungalows are handed versions of each other and have been constructed using the BecoWallform 313 system for the highly insulated structural shell.
Internally, the slightly thinner Wallform 250 system has also been used to form a compartment wall separating the integral garage from the rest of the building. At the rear of each home, Wallform 45° Corner blocks made building the conservatory dwarf walls quick and easy.
The external cladding of these modern bungalows is a combination of polymer render and brick, reflecting the local vernacular in a more contemporary way that’s beautifully complimented by the choice of darker window frames and roof eaves.
