Borve – Ready for the First Delivery

The new home at Borve, developed by Coastal Homes, is ready for its first delivery.

Here, timber shuttering has been put into place following the outline of what will be the external Wallform shell.

Unusually, mesh reinforcing has been inserted into the footings to give added strength to the concrete. This is due to local conditions and not because of the Wallform system, which normally utilises the same foundation design that would be used for traditional construction.

Once cast, the concrete provides a level foundation onto which the BecoWallform shell can then be quickly built.
