With the completion of their latest development in Borve, Scotland, Coastal Homes’ have achieved an air-tightness rating of 0.8 on this new-build bungalow, a truly excellent achievement! This rating is almost to Passivhaus standard, and that’s without employing vapour barriers or other such additional control measures. Well done Coastal!
