This art deco design incorporates many features to ensure efficient operation. The large areas of glazing give panoramic views over the golf course, with heating provided by a ground source heat pump and passive ventilation controlling interior conditions.

Specification of BecoWallform speeded up progress on site, particularly when weather conditions were poor, and the energy efficient construction reduced the required capacity of the heating and ventilation equipment.
