UK Property Awards Winner 2024

The UK Property Awards are part of the prestigious International Property Awards, which celebrate excellence in the property and real estate industry. These awards recognise outstanding achievements in areas such as architecture, interior design, and development across both residential and commercial sectors.

H&R Industry Awards WINNER – Best ICF Supplier

The Homebuilding & Renovating Industry Awards were created to acknowledge and celebrate the best of the Self Build and Custom Housing sector. They were launched to coincide with the 30th anniversary of Homebuilding & Renovating. The shortlists were compiled by a panel of industry experts, but the final decision was down to public vote, so we are delighted to be first to win Best ICF Supplier.

Build It WINNER 2016 – Best Brick/Masonry Home

Local and traditional materials were used throughout the build enabling the finished home to blend with the surrounding landscape.
The judges in particular admired the “combination of traditional materials and a superb contemporary design.”

Build It WINNER 2015 – Best Value-For-Money Home

This Award recognises an outstanding newly built home constructed using the Wallform 313 system. Completed to a high standard of quality, total construction cost was less than £750/m2.

Pro-K Product of the Year 2013

The Wallform system won the prestigious Pro-K Product of the Year Award in Germany for its excellent design and environmental credentials. Members of the product judging panel were particularly impressed how Wallform makes thermal insulation easy to install and yet more effective at the same time.

Build It WINNER 2012 – Best Use of ICF

This Award celebrates a very modern self build home located on the Shetland Isles and built to an excellent standard of energy performance, whilst at the same time remaining a very practical home for a young family to grow up in. This project really stood out to the judges as a prime example of Self Build achievement.

Homebuilding & Renovating WINNER 2009 – Best Eco House

Designed by architect Don McLean to make the most of a limited site with wonderful views over Glasgow, this spacious and bright family home won the Eco House Award in the Homebuilding & Renovating Daily Telegraph Awards. Read the Case Study here.

Homebuilding & Renovating WINNER 2002 – Home of the Year

This stunning, contemporary home designed by the Allison-Pyke Partnership won the Best Contemporary Home category in 2002 with the Homebuilding & Renovating Daily Telegraph Awards. As winner of its own category, this project then went forward to the Grand Finals where it won again, gaining the even higher accolade of Home of the Year! Read the Case Study here.

Self Build Industry Awards WINNER 1998 – Best Building Material

Our first Award for BecoWallform – and the first for ICF in the UK as a mainstream construction system, recognising Wallform’s high performance standards whilst at the same time simplifying and speeding up the building process.
