This self-build bungalow constructed on a corner plot in the village of Wrawby in North Lincolnshire was the first project for local builder Marshall Construction. With only a two man team the superstructure shell was constructed in under two weeks using the Wallform 250 system.
Our special 45 degree corner wallblocks were utilised to form not only the bay window dwarf walling but also the diagonal entrance porch as well.
Attic trusses and warm roof insulation completed the structural shell, with a Knauf polymer render finishing the Wallform exterior face.
The profile seen on the front gable end that sits just under the roof is actually a piece of polystyrene that was simply laid into the base coat of the polymer render before being finished as part of the final top coat application.
