Beginning construction now is this four-bedroom self-build home, which features a main living, eating, and sleeping block with separate wing for a guest bedroom, garage and workshop.
Designed by Western Design Architects, the insulated structure is being constructed using the Wallform 375 system. This will in turn be finished externally with local stone, the guest wing being clad in timber.
Precast beam and block floors have been specified throughout, adding extra thermal mass to the structure and increased sound absorption between floor levels.
