This community building is currently being completed on the Scottish Isles. The main structure is built from BecoWallform and timber frame.
The ICF part of the structure has been built using our Wallform 438 system, which is a Passivhaus Institute certified component. This wallblock delivers a U-value of 0.11 W/m2K, which is perfect for the zero-energy structures.
