Ellie’s Haven is a charity which provides a short holiday break for children with life limiting illnesses, and their families.
The charity was founded in 2007 by Ellie’s parents to provide a holiday haven in Cornwall that would be ‘a special place for special children’ and it received overwhelming support. Building work on this idyllic retreat finally commenced in January 2015, with the grand opening in September 2015.
BecoWallform was used to build a new circular lounge and a curved reception area, the flexibility of the system making the circular design very easy to achieve.
You can follow the full story on the Ellie’s Haven news page, which includes several photos of all the building stages along with a host of other activities!
