Built in 2005 and just a short walk from Shaldon Beach, this beautiful home features spiral staircases and curves on all levels, making full use of the flexibility of BecoWallform. Shaped like a curvy seashell, this delightful new home was built by the owners at the bottom of their garden overlooking the sea.
The project also featured on Channel 4’s Grand Designs programme (Series 5, Episode 7).
December 2021 Update – Up for Sale
The house is now on the market with Bradleys Estate Agents. The EPC rating, however, doesn’t accurately reflect the true performance of the property, as it would appear traditional thermal values were used in the calculations, rather than those of the Wallform system.
Nevertheless, this is truly an outstanding property and we wish the new owners many, many happy years of low cost, high comfort living!
