This project in Blyth for thirteen dementia-friendly sheltered homes has been completed in partnership with Northumberland County Council.
The development supports independent living while allowing residents to remain within their local community. All homes were constructed using the BecoWallform ICF system, selected for its outstanding thermal efficiency, airtightness, acoustic performance and long-term durability.
The high-performance construction helps provide stable internal temperatures, low energy costs and comfortable, low-maintenance living environments for residents. More images to follow..
