Residential Development – Wallform 313
It is vital that as developers we address these issues [of sustainable living and CO2 emissions] by ensuring all new homes are built in a way that minimises the use of energy and reduces harmful emissions. This new system is great to work with. The polystyrene blocks are very robust and is quicker to construct than traditional methods which is a real advantage – Eric Rosby, S C Developments
Self-Build Passivhaus – Wallform 438
We have had snow since December and the temperature has been as low as -24°C. Even on the coldest of days, we have only had to light the wood burner for a couple of hours in the evening. We are more than happy! – Anthony Hadley, Owner
Award Winning Replacement Cottage – Wallform 313
The restricted access and site working area made Beco [Wallform] an ideal material for the construction. Being lightweight it was simple and speedy for delivery, site storage and construction. Its flexibility in design made it possible to follow the footprint of the original cottage, with virtually no right angled corners on the site. The use of curved blocks reduced the impact on such a narrow street, whilst rounded arrises complemented the original cob construction. – Peter Hall, Project Architect
Low Energy Home – Wallform 375
It’s just so comfortable – and our heating bills are next to nothing! – Mr & Mrs Young, Owners
Earth Sheltered House – Wallform 250
[Having seen BecoWallform on Grand Designs] …I was immediately taken with it. I wanted to do a lot of the work myself and saw this as a way of taking control over the operation…it’s brilliant! – Len Roberts, Owner
Large Detached Self-Build – Wallform 250
I would have no hesitation in using the BecoWallform system again. Having been asked to use it at short notice, with no previous experience of the system, the entire process was remarkably trouble free. I might even admit to it being one of the most enjoyable experiences in my 30 years of practice! – Campbell Ross, Project Architect
