Passivhaus Workshop at the NSBRC

Passivhaus Workshop at the NSBRC

The Passivhaus standard is designed to deliver exceptional comfort, outstanding build quality and significantly lower running costs — across all building types

With most of our lives spent indoors, the buildings we inhabit play a vital role in our health and well-being. Passivhaus provides a proven route to creating better-performing, more sustainable homes and buildings.

With that in mind, the next Passivhaus Workshop is taking place at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre (NSBRC) in Swindon on Friday 21st November. This free event will explore the key aspects of Passivhaus design, construction and performance, drawing on over 25 years of Passivhaus experience and innovation that continue to shape the future of low-energy building — whether for new builds or retrofit projects.

The workshop will feature a full programme of seminars, question time sessions and live guided tours from NSBRC technical experts. Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet leading suppliers and system specialists.

As a Passivhaus Certified building system, BecoWallform will be at the workshop to demonstrate how our Wallform system achieves Passivhaus performance, helping to reduce the carbon footprint of UK construction. Our team will be on hand to explain how incorporating Wallform early on in your design can make achieving the Passivhaus standard simpler, faster and more cost-effective.

We will also be giving a presentation at 12:30pm on how BecoWallform will bring huge benefits to any low energy or passivhaus design.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the experts, discover practical solutions and ensure you have the right team behind your Passivhaus project.
