The personal information we collect from you will include your name, address, email address and telephone number, plus any information you tell us about the nature of your enquiry, which will usually be with respect to a building project.

This information is used to guide us in responding to your enquiry about using BecoWallform and to help us provide you with relevant and accurate information about our products and services in relation to your project.

We hold this information until such time that we can determine it is no longer required in order to assist you with your enquiry and the application of our products and services.

Who has access to your information?

We will not rent or sell your information to third parties. Neither will we share your information with third parties for the purposes of marketing.

Third Party Service Providers: These include but may not be limited to Architects, Structural Engineers, Energy Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, Planning and Building Control officers, Building Contractors and Wallform Installers. Should the assistance of a third party service provider be required in order for us to respond to your enquiry, we may pass some of your details to them. However, when we use a third party, we only pass on the information that is necessary for them to assist us in responding to your enquiry.

Your Opt-in / Opt-out choices

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive regular information updates from us. You can choose to opt-in to receive our periodic Mailchimp newsletter when you submit any of our enquiry forms. You can opt-out from receiving further newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.
