Currently under construction on Barra, Coastal Homes Scotland are building on other recent successful projects on the Western Isles with this latest individual home design.
Low energy performance is a major design parameter, and the Wallform 375 system is specified, giving a U-value of 0.14 W/m²K as well as excellent levels of air tightness and minimal thermal bridging in the basic construction.
First fix services are now in progress, completion anticipated next month.
